Ordering & Payment Information:
Most items are made to order and may require 5-7 business days for processing. We accept major credit cards through PayPal, a 100% secure server. We will send a reply email with the confirmation of your order. Alternately, if you would prefer to pay by check, please email us at mfrancesdesign@hotmail.com. Once your check has cleared we will ship the item to you. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 2 days of original order date.

Sales Tax:
m.frances jewelry charges sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Washington.

A Note Regarding Item Descriptions:
Every item on the m.frances jewelry website is handcrafted. This means that each item is unique and may vary slightly from piece to piece. Due to the inherent nature of gemstones, slight variations in size and coloring may occur. We have made every effort to describe and represent each piece in an accurate manner.

However, due to variations in monitors and browsers, we cannot guarantee that the colors you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Delivery & Shipping:
We ship our orders via UPS Ground. All packages are insured. We will e-mail you the UPS tracking number when your order ships. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico residents, an additional $10-15 shipping surcharge will apply. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to International destinations and P.O. Boxes.
