Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To receive a refund, items must be returned undamaged and shipped back via insured mail. Please note that custom orders and sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. Repairs are free of charge within 6 months of shipment date, based on normal usage. Repairs after 6 months are subject to a small materials and shipping fee.
